- Enter the property manager’s name and address.
- Indicate maximum occupancy limits.
- Indicate the amended terms and conditions that will be included in the addendum and incorporated into the lease.
This addendum will be incorporated into the existing lease and can be enforced according to Article II, Section E of the Regulated Rental Unit Occupancy Ordinance of the Town of Bloomsburg and the Landlord Tenant Act of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
